After hitting three consecutive months of 100% Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores last year, the bar was always going to be set high for our Customer Service Desk! But April saw them hit that magic 100% mark once again. Even better was the fantastic feedback we have been getting from our service tickets, really personalising and showcasing the impact that each member of the Service Desk team has on improving our customers experience with us.
