Introducing the new faces that you’ll be seeing a lot more of. Our Customer Success Team are always available to our customers to help any way they can. After another successful growth period we’ve hired new faces to help support our new customers, and make sure our existing ones always have the right assistance.


We’ve always trying to be different and better for our customers. Whether that’s in the solutions we provide them, or the people who engage with them every day. As Backbone Connect has grown, so has our customer base and the team that supports it.

So we’re delighted to introduce our new Customer Success Manager’s, with more to follow!


Meet the Team

David Igbinovia
David joins us from Digital Theatre, an e-learning software company, where he was sales manager. He has a track record of high performance with extensive experience in key account management and growth. Don’t let all this business development experience fool you though, he also has an Engineering degree lurking in the background so is quite at home speaking about solutions and technical details with you.

Anisha Hirani
Anisha joins us from Babble Cloud (formerly IP Solutions), where she was Account Manager. She has a high-performance track record, and was a key contributor to a successful team there. Anisha has strong experience in dealing with all the stakeholders needed to ensure a fantastic customer experience. Her understanding of the full customer and project life cycles of businesses in the IT industry, makes her ideally placed to bring further success to Backbone customers.
