Dave has over 20 years’ experience in IT managed services. He co-founded Backbone Connect with Mike Cullen in 2008, taking his experience in industry to found a business which supports workplace connectivity.

Backbone Connect creates highly effective digital infrastructure for clients to support their commercial goals, at the same time providing a forensic focus on customer service and satisfaction. Today, the company employs over 50 people and has clients including Schroders, Legal & General and Aberdeen Standard Investments.

Dave gained an MBA from Warwick Business School and has a keen interest in the business application of emerging technologies such as blockchain and AI.

It’s clear that the physical workplace will remain a critical part of our working life to support employee productivity, creativity and team culture. But that doesn’t mean business as usual. Nearly all the tenants we've spoken to in our research said they need their office space to support flexible working patterns in future.
